Most of all sea shells are located on some white beaches, but this kind of shells are not from there same habitat. It was located and lived under the mud of the Nipa tree each texture and color differ from those on some beaches, shells, it was coated with yellow-brown color and about 3.5 inches of it’s average size.
It is usually located in places with those Nipa Plantation then you can only harvest it during low tide but with keen eyesight and expertise. It can be bought at the market place during Taboan (Tabo) day every Thursday starting from 4:00 early in the morning and end at 10:00 o’clock on that same day. It can be bought for 20 pesos only for one cluster.
